Bandung Trip : Foodie & Anti-Mainstream Trip

I went to Bandung last weekend and that were REALLY AWESOME !! Because I never used a public transportation and used that alone by myself in the evening and I didn't know about everything that I need to do next after I arrived there. I also never went to Gedung Sate, I always go to Lembang if I went to Bandung and did a work there so I never been there before.

So, I arrived 11.00 p.m at Leuwi Panjang Bus Station, I used a bus because I can't find a TRAVEL cars :') So, I tried to brave myself to used that. I went to Bus Station in Cawang (BKN Building) with my workmate ^^ So, we used to arrived earlier because we cut the way with a train, but we didn't expect that we need to used another bus to go to that bus station :')

Then we arrived around 8 o'clock at the bus station and go to Bandung, the highway was good and no traffic jam like as usual I went to Bandung.

Our First day (Friday) we spent on the street, drove around Bandung that night ^^

Than we went Back to my friend house, and take a rest there. We woke up late, like we usually did during Saturday, that not so tourist mind ! We went around Bandung and tried some of Restaurant ^^
First, we went to Braga Street & Asia Africa Conference Hall. But we came too late and the main hall was closed so we couldn't get in. Then, we walked around Braga Street and EAT ! yeahh EATING again !!

We ate at Suga Rush, but I think the service is really BAD ! the taste also not that good, and we want to melted our nutela but I think they switch that. Then, we moved to the next stall, ice cream stall. That ice cream was really good after we taste that "nothing" Churros, I expect that I will ate something like CHURERIA, because the place is quite good, but that really NOTHING ! :') that ice cream made our day after ate that Churros. We walked to a Mosque around there which really famous as somewhere to go in Bandung. Than we moved to ate (AGAIN) at Mie Karet (Jl. Cibadak), the taste is good, but we already ate too much food, so we can't ate that much. But, I like that for sure. Because that noodle contain a pork, but if you want the one which HALAL you can asked the owner to do that. 

After we were too full, the rain were drops quite heavy so we thought that the right time to slept ! yeahhh.. after we ate that much we slept until the evening ^^  After we slept, when we woke up we need to prepare our stomach to ATE AGAIN AGAIN !! yeahh... we went to Sate Maulana Yusuf. Their satay are quite big and the texture were soft :') I love that, but my stomach can't stand anymore.... But, we are not done with that. We want to drink something HOT, so we went to Cafe UpNormal, that place quite cheap but there were a lot of people, might me because of the price were cheap and the menu are INDOMIE, I didn't tried their food, but the milk was good, but I think we wait too long just for a cup of milk and a couple of bread that we cancel. The environment quite good, with cool decoration so you can take a photo there but I think that too crowd.

Finally, we came back to my friend house and sleep. OH MY !!! We only EAT and SLEEP !! yeahh we did that !!

The next day, what we did ?? yeah we ATE (more), we went to kalipah apoh to ate LOTEK, then buy a Bakpao at Kalipah Apoh No. 65, that just a house you need to knock their door, or order first. Then we went to Kemuning to buy some stuff to bring back to JAKARTA, and EAT another type of food !! BATAGOR, but you need to move to another place to ate that BATAGOR, you shouldn't eat the one which in front of PRIMA RASA Kemuning, than we moved to Taman Foto (Read : Photo Park), I think that not that good but, that better than nothing because we can't find that kind of park in JAKARTA. than we moved to Progo, but we passed kebon jati and I brought BACANG, then we went to JONAS PHOTO and that place also really crowd but their frames really good and cheap, so you can buy some of that frames. We walk to the other ways to Gedung Sate (Reda : Satay Building), which is a west java province building, where the governor stayed and work in Bandung. when you walk around that building, you need to watch your step, because you can find the pattern of Batik around West Java, their name and their pattern. than we ate again for the last time before 2 of our friend left to Jakarta, we ate at Giggle Box (you can find that cafe on Plaza Semanggi), and we move to drop our friend, I was left behind because I need to work at Bandung on monday. 

After we went to church we went to another Sundanese food, I ate the eggplant for the first time there, at Pandan Wangi, the taste were good and I love that, might be because I like Sundanese food. I don't like vegetable but thier eggplant is awesome :) :)
